RETURN POLICY

HatPuppy does not offer returns or refunds on custom embroidered hats. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the quick turnaround for all orders, setup begins immediately once an order is placed.  

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of an order being placed.

All cancelled orders will be charged a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.



SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after digital proof approval.  Large orders may take longer to produce and ship.  

All orders will ship through UPS.

HatPuppy is not responsible for lost orders or orders damaged in transit.  

You may purchase Route Protection for your order to cover lost or damaged goods.
